APPLE PIE MOONSHINE! 

Not quite dinner or anything. But it’s a hell of a dessert… 

Things You’ll Need
1 cup of white sugar
1 cup of brown sugar
6 cinnamon sticks
a large stock pot
750 ml of moonshine or Everclear
stove
mason jars with lids
1)Start with a stockpot large enough to accommodate approximately two gallons of Apple Pie Moonshine
2) Add 1/2 gallon of apple juice and one gallon of apple cider to your stockpot over medium heat.
3)As the mixture begins to warm, add the white sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon sticks.
 4) Bring the stockpot to a boil, stirring the mixture to ensure that the sugar is fully dissolved.
5) Cool the Apple Pie drink to room temperature.
6) Add 750 ml or moonshine or grain alcohol such as Everclear.
7) Pour the Apple Pie Moonshine into mason jars with lids.

  • blackened tilapia
  • gala apple
  • green salsa and tortilla chips

recipe time!

green salsa:

1 jar of green chile salsa
cilantro
crumbled goat cheese
1 can of corn tossed with 1 tablespoon of olive oil

heat oven to 400. spread corn on cookie sheet and cook for 20 minutes or until brown and carmelized.
add to a bow with the rest of the ingredients.
serve with chips or veggies!

Let me know if you guys need any ideas for future dinner plans. I'm pretty good with a wok and I have a spicy dry rub for chicken breasts that is pretty good if I do say so myself.
